Engine and Gearbox

Every time I coasted in 3rd or 4th it would 'pop' out of gear. As a result I needed to hold the gear stick to keep it in gear.

Some advise was that the indent springs and bearings could be worn - replaced them to no effect.

Following a long drive a significant rattle developed. It seemed to me like a timing chain rattle.

Enough was enough and after some research I decided to use Peter Edney to overhaul both. What a fantastic job he did, it is now like drivinbg a different car :-)
